Shipping & Returns - Canada Only

At the moment, we’re not offering shipping — our shelves are open for local shoppers and click & collect while we settle into the new space. We’ll announce when online orders and shipping are live, so keep an eye on our newsletter and Instagram for updates!

When shipping starts, orders will be sent within Canada via UPS or Canada Post — whichever gets your goodies to you safely and efficiently.

  • If Canada Post is on strike, we’ll switch to UPS to keep things moving.
  • For remote addresses and P.O. boxes, we can only ship with Canada Post.

If you have a shipping preference, leave us a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 

We’ll also be offering free shipping across Canada on orders over $200 CAD once we’re up and running. Until then, thank you for your patience and for shopping small — it means the world to us here in Revelstoke. 

Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, no worries — you can return it within 14 days for a refund or store credit. Just bring along your receipt so we can sort it out quickly. 

For online purchases, please get in touch with us before sending anything back. You’ll be responsible for return tracked shipping, but we’ll guide you through the process to make it as smooth as possible. 

Please note — We cannot accept returns on any cut fabrics, opened patterns, yarn, ribbons, or cord unless the item is faulty. As these items are final sale once cut or opened.

Your refund will be made by the same method used to make your purchase which can take up to 10 working days.
