Hi! I’m Molly — the creator behind The Makery.

I’ve been dreaming of a space to create and build community for a long time. After exploring a few different paths, I found myself coming full circle — back to working for myself and empowering others to discover the joy of making.

From 2019 to 2023, I ran The Mimo Yarn Co., where I hand-dyed yarn for fellow creatives who loved the charm of indie-dyed fibers. Fast forward to today, and my creative world has grown — I sew, knit, and love using my hands to figure out patterns, construction, and design.

The Makery is a welcoming, inclusive space for 16⁺ years and up, where you can create, learn, and connect. Whether you’re picking up a new skill, finishing a project, or simply seeking community — we can’t wait to make with you.
